Recommended Usage:

• 3% CBD Strength: Place quarter of a pipette under the tongue and take twice per day. Each dose contains 3.75mg of CBD.
• 5% CBD Strength: Place quarter of a pipette under the tongue and take twice per day. Each dose contains 6.25mg of CBD.
• 10% CBD Strength: Place quarter of a pipette under the tongue and take twice per day. Each dose contains 12.5mg of CBD.
• 20% CBD Strength: Place half of a pipette under the tongue and take once per day. Each dose contains 50mg of CBD.

Top Tip: Hold under tongue for 10 seconds before swallowing for maximum absorption.
